Installation is easy: plug and go. I turned on the light a few times to let him warm up. Don't put your hand on the floor, hold your wet nails as close to the light as possible and press 3-4 times for 90 seconds, after that they should dry, but don't hold me for that. I'm not a licensed technician yet, so maybe I did it wrong. But the light is not powerful enough to cure it without the above treatments and even then it took 2-3 sessions of 90 seconds after I applied the top before it was properly set. I think it's worth it... I'm just too lazy to go through the return procedure with the recommendations above. I think I can handle it. Hope that helps.
