The ease of use and ability to customize this software makes it one of the best we currently have available as a CRM. It is very easy to utilize and have all your contacts easily accessible. There are some minor glitches that need to be fixed. Overall I would highly recommend this software. It's extremely easy to use and it allows for multiple contact types such as email addresses, cell numbers, web links and more. We recently started using our CRM software to organize all of our leads and make them more organized. This has helped greatly with our sales team as they do not have to search through multiple emails or spreadsheets anymore. The ability to pull data from multiple sources at one time is great! I love that you can filter out certain things as well. It's not very user friendly and would be nice for someone who isn't tech savy to use. The interface could also be made more intuitive. If you're looking to keep up with your competition then this is ideal. We are able to pull data from multiple sources at once, compare it and make quick decisions.
