
I've found that they don't reliably stabilize until the voltage drops below 105V. There are other devices with multiple transformer taps (Tripp Lite LC1200) that work much better with a small incremental network voltage improvements. I used to use these APC blocks everywhere, but after _actually_ having trouble and having a chance to test them, it turned out that they don't actually do anything. Instead I have to recommend tripp lite devices.
