Not bad for what it is. I use them to easily reach my molars when I don't feel like using regular full-length floss. And toothpicks don't get in between the back teeth very well. The handle for these seems to taper a little, meaning you have to hold it more in the middle than other types of toothpicks. It just means you have to put some more in your mouth, that's all. There are better ones too.
