I didn't like that the kit didn't come with instructions so you don't put a five. But if you're semi-mechanically inclined, it doesn't take long to find out that it took about 30 minutes to install. The stitching is generally okay, but nothing to complain about for the price. I don't like the fact that it rotates forward so you can get off the bike because you have to swing your legs like a ninja to get off the bike. It is very similar to Harley Davidson, so if the back cushion is missing, you can replace it with this one. The hardware is almost identical. Harley Davidson Electra 2013
