Won't go from freezer to microwave, melted and broken

Disappointed. Was looking for something to store breakfast plates while they are being moved from the freezer to the microwave. The lids are very difficult to remove after freezing, then the bowls sagged to the side, causing the bowl to heat up in the microwave. My microwave is old so I doubt the power was too high. Frustrated got a use of them and afraid to eat food with melting bowl. Thought it was a good deal, I don't think so.
