Despite the high price and only 3 reviews and the fact that I had never heard of the Speakman before, I decided to take the chance and buy this set of two showers. And so far, after half a dozen souls with him, I'm very glad I did. There are other brands that offer you both a fixed and manual head, but most of them have a manual mount that attaches to the main tube, often above the main head. I wanted one with a separate bracket that I could place where I could reach it conveniently on the shower wall. This model offered this feature, so it became my business. Both heads have adjustable modes of operation, from strong and focused to soft and varied. Sliding mechanisms work smoothly. The hose is flexible and will not tangle when moved. And it's very easy for me to switch water from one head to another. No, water can't flow through both heads, but I don't mind. It's a pleasure to use and I enjoy showering with it much more! If the product starts leaking or otherwise fails within the next year or so I will come back here and let you know. FOLLOW-UP: November 29th. , 2016 I returned more than 2 years after purchasing and reviewing this product. It still works well for me and I'm very glad I took the risk of using it in 2014. My phone won't fly off or fall out of the holder. It's still easy to take out and put back in without incident. The sliding mechanism that switches from one head to another still runs smoothly. I would buy again if my current set ever failed. To this day they have been and still are a pleasure to use.
