These male dog wraps in a size medium fit my 14lb. Shih Tzu very well. They may be too wide for a shorter bodied small dog such as a chihuahua or Pomeranian. My dog has Cushings disease and wears a wrap 24/7. Other brands scrunch up and become to skinny after a few hours of wear and he would urinate out the front of them. Not so with this brand. And they are super cute also! I love that because of the way they are designed with the "Velcro” portion on one side being the length of the flap that these are super adjustable. My little guy has a benign growth on his back and abdomen. These diapers don’t seem to irritate them at all. I definitely recommend giving these diapers a try if your looking for a really reliable male doggy wrap.
