Remove the very small plug to allow water to drain through hose

Works great once you figure it out. Wanted to use a hose. What they don't tell you is that there is a very small plug that needs to be removed to allow water to drain through the hose. I tried contacting the website to ask for help. Nobody answered. However, let me say that in 4 days this dehumidifier did what I could never have done. Dry out my basement. That does the job well
