I was concerned about installing this fan/heatsink assembly. The back of a metal heatsink is flat and what it needs to cool is not at the same level. Also, it wasn't obvious there that the heatsink would be securely attached. You install two sticky pads. The first covers the two shorter pieces and the second covers the processor and part of the first gasket. While the fans and part of the heatsink look fine, I'm concerned about the thermal conduction of the pads, especially the first one that cools the GPU since it's not directly under the heatsink. This would mean that in order to cool these parts, the heat would have to be conducted laterally through the cushion. I found a program to measure processor temperature on the Raspberry Pi website and the results are shown in the photo. The idle temperature was acceptable. I have no data for other parts.
