The team at Data Center has been extremely courteous in all our dealings so far. Not only do they have great products but also fantastic customer service! It was important to us that we had direct contact with them regarding any questions or requests. We didn't want someone who was "off hand" by working for an IT company and having dealt directly via email alone as well as speaking once when I contacted support about purchasing servers. This is something which can be solved via phone if needed however this shouldn't always have to play out like it did! They have been great to work with over many years now! Very professional service provider who cares about their customers success as well as theirs. Nothing really we dislike but just be realistic when it comes to pricing - they are very competitive so always check your expectations of how much you think something is worth before making any commitments (e.g., contract). We use them for our cloud hosting solutions which has worked out pretty good- no real complaints here though.
