NOT SUPPLIED WITH STEPED GAP TURBINE SEAL.

This is a complete set, everything corresponds to the declared characteristics and advertising, therefore it gets 5 stars. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH A STEP GAP TURBINE SEAL. So if you want one, you have to order it separately. However, I would pay extra to have it in this kit. If they offered a graduated clearance turbine seal in this kit at the current price it would be a 6 star product.
