Although the product (wall switch panel cover) was very well packaged (bubble wrapped and in a cardboard box), there was a crack on the switch plate that was not visible through the factory packaging (the packaging was in perfect condition). I emailed the seller, got a very quick reply from David apologizing for the inconvenience and got a replacement within a few days. In this day and age where poor customer service is the norm rather than the exception, it was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service. The product itself is a high quality hard plastic cover with four toggle switches for a wall switch and arrived as described.
