Avoid this in wall plates and accessories

The packaging has been opened, the screws have not been used. Not at all happy with it. Hope they fix this. For now, refrain from using this product.

When opening the package, the lid should be 8.

When you open the box there should be 8 brown screws on the lid. But that's not the case. Please send screws and I will change the rating.

I really need it

I removed the wall plate with the 4 position toggle switch for the unit so I can paint my van. Glad the sign is gone. So as soon as you walk in my front door, you see these four switches with no cover. I've looked for one in several places but to no avail. So, as always, if I can't find something I go to Revain.

Outstanding customer service!

Although the product (wall switch panel cover) was very well packaged (bubble wrapped and in a cardboard box), there was a crack on the switch plate that was not visible through the factory packaging (the packaging was in perfect condition). I emailed the seller, got a very quick reply from David apologizing for the inconvenience and got a replacement within a few days. In this day and age where poor customer service is the norm rather than the exception, it was a pleasure to receive such…
