I would give zero stars if possible. I bought this to replace the exact same model I had owned for a number of years but eventually broke. The new one arrived and worked once before the temp gauge started reading wildly inaccurate (room temp 135?). I quickly returned to Amazon to exchange it. The replacement unit worked once and failed again with completely inaccurate temperature readings. I have followed all care and cleaning instructions and tried resetting the device to no avail. I think I'll try an alternative brand
