Revainrating 4 out of 5

MacBook owners you need this

I got a new modem and NAS but my computer still had and was reading/writing at around 30-40MB/s I'm not going to scale it down for what I do, so I wanted that gigabyte ethernet connection. What I want to buy: - USB to 10/100/1000 Ethernet - Price - No software to install Design: This USB to Ethernet works great and is 5Β½ to 6 inches long. The only problem I had was that I wanted a USB-C and ordered a USB-A end in a hurry. Luckily I had an adapter and I tried it out and it worked like magic on my MacBook. The data transfer speed immediately increased to 100 MB/s and my internet speed jumped to over 800 MB/s. Another nice bonus are the indicators that let you know that data is being sent back and forth. This is a great little product for very little money. Problems: This is my fault, the only problem is the USB-A end, but I can't knock the product out due to my stupidity. Price: $15.99 Pros: ++ Design ++ Color ++ No software installation ++ Backlight ++ Negative costs: -- No final thoughts: This works perfectly and as we live in the age of dongles this is the perfect product to buy. Five stars. Do I recommend: There is absolutely no reason not to recommend this. It works great with the MacBook.
