Update: 6 January 2019I was contacted by the sellers and received a full refund on this purchase. Thanks so much. I appreciate the swift response. The coat was warm and my partner was comfortable while we holidayed in NYC.Coat fits well but the inner lining is ripped or was never sewn. Disappointed by the unfinished or poorly made product.
