Review on Enhanced Filtration Monitoring with iSpring RO500 Tankless System by Braden Bowers

1) The included water supply adapter valve only fits 3/4" fittings, not the 3/8" fittings used in most residential applications! 2) The installation/instruction manual is poorly written/illustrated in relation to various functions! 3) The Smart Faucet DOES NOT include a manual and you can't get it from the manufacturer for reference in the user manual! So you have no information on this part and therefore the digital information displayed on the faucet is completely meaningless! 4) Customer service is a joke and a waste of time! My advice: stay away from this system/company!
