First time! I have 5 different scanners, yes 49 years old! OTC, 3 different snap-ons, Launch and now MaxiSys MS906bt. The lack of a representative bothered me! And it happened! Cannot connect to any print! MY GOD! I have contacted her. Nick replied! He took remote control of my scanner and computer, downloaded the "right" programs, and printed a test page remotely! Best customer service ever!
