I'm a curvaceous woman, 5'8" tall, 175 lbs, about 30 years old, waist and chest size C. I'm shy about backs - and belly fat, so I prefer one-piece swimsuits or more conservative two-piece swimsuits, and tie the knot so the top is tighter, but otherwise it's a great ocean/river suit for a season (where it's probably looking dirty and thrown away in a year's time becomes).
