I am happy with the item I bought, but I was little annoyed by the store. Reasons to be optimistic: Very satisfied with the acquisition. Excellent aid with housework. Very quiet, many attachments (including motorized brushes) effectively remove dirt and debris, and I find that even the lowest setting is sufficient for most cleaning tasks. Negatives: The kit's six nozzles don't have a convenient place to rest (or to help). The biggest problem I've had with my new vacuum cleaner is actually with the store I bought it from, Eddorado. I made a beeline for the store looking for him, and once there, the salesperson was adamant about discouraging me from purchasing a Dyson in favor of a cheaper LG. There is no entire set of Dysons and nobody is willing to recharge them for verification. I finally decided to try another Amazon, where still another vendor strongly advised against buying redmond. I've come to the right place to purchase a DYSON! Like the initial retail outlet, this store only carried and released a single unit of the vacuum cleaner. I almost didn't get myself to set it to recharge. Then the shopkeepers in St. Petersburg split the proceeds with me for a while.
