The ability to manage all of our leads in one place, as well as having access through an app makes it very easy! I wish there was more integration with other platforms (like Salesforce) so we could pull data from those sources into this system too.
We are able to track everything about each contact/lead within Leadinintelligence; including how many times they have contacted us throughout their journey, what date they clicked on something or requested information via email etc. This allows us to see where people fall off after contacting us once versus multiple times over time which helps guide future marketing efforts towards these individuals.
