The best thing about this program for me personally has been their team, which I have had nothing but great experiences with! Their customer service department always responds quickly to my requests or questions (and sometimes even before they send an email!). They also seem to be very knowledgeable in what products are being sold at different stores throughout Canada. Definitely check out all your options prior to signing up so you can determine if it's right for your business needs/budget. We were looking into purchasing some stock items for our restaurant and decided between using wholesale club services vs. going directly through suppliers. This was definitely one where we realized how beneficial it would be to go straight from supplier to client as opposed to dealing directly with wholesalers.
