This is a fantastic product! We have two dogs, a Miniature Schnauzer and a Labrador/Husky. It's very convenient to have 1 controller for both dogs and easily switch them as needed. The battery lasts about a week before needing a charge and we only had to charge the remote once in 8 months! Due to the effectiveness of the sound, we only had to use the vibrate function a couple of times and we don't remember ever using the shock function! We have tried several other training collars and this is by far the best! very professional and friendly. I just spoke to them about a general wear and tear replacement and they ship it right away!
