Easy to pair with their door bell and easy to install.
This extra doorbell button arrived the day before the doorbell, plain packaging and no instructions. When I tried it with the doorbell the next day it didn't ring the doorbell. A quick browse around their website and I found a very good video on how to pair the button with the door bell as well as how to change the tones. I quickly paired this extra remote with the door bell receivers and programmed the 3 buttons for different tones. We can now hear our doorbell when we are downstairs and upstairs. The extra button was easy to install, once I browsed to their website.

- The product can be quite expensive compared to other doorbell chimes on the market, which may dissuade budget-conscious consumers from investing in it
