Cute but cuts the circulation to my puppies neck

Super cute design but it chokes my dog! Either it wasn't made right or it's just way too tight and it cuts off the circulation in the front of my dog's neck. Sending it back!

Got it for our puppy when she was 8 weeks old and she’s only just grown out of it at 12 weeks but honestly it was a live saver! We were so worried about parvo and taking her places so Instead we carried her 😂 honestly it’s a must
