Their claims that they have a team of professionals accessible to answer questions and address issues were contradicted by my experience with their customer service, which was lacking in both areas. My questions were met with a lack of interest and enthusiasm from the staff, and their responses seemed to be read directly from a pre-written script. It was obvious that they did not have any genuine interest in gardening and that they were merely going through the motions of doing it. They were unable to provide any helpful guidance when I asked for recommendations, so I was left to navigate their extensive selection of products on my own. The level of customer support that I obtained from POTEY was, all things considered, below my expectations. Their wide selection of gardening supplies is remarkable; however, the lackluster customer service I received left me with the impression that I was just another number to them. I would advise you to seek in a different direction if you are interested in finding a business that genuinely cares about its clients and is enthusiastic about gardening.
