Numerous times this bottle has leaked when not standing upright. There is a plastic piece that looks like it's supposed to block the water from the spout where the straw comes out but it fails miserably. It does not matter if the lid is locked, water comes out. I do like the size and the times for a vague reference (I do not start at 7am!) The visual helps. I like that there is a strap to carry but I usually have it in my work bag, just have to make sure it's upright or it will leak! I also like that there is a straw and that it separates easy to clean. I'm not disappointed enough to buy another one and I am getting more water in which was my goal!
