We had to move our cat across the country which meant a few hotel stops and many hours in a cat carrier. Our cat is a Norwegian Forest cat and quite large for a house cat. It is difficult to find a stretcher that he could be comfortable in for a long time. After searching for many different ones, this one became our preferred carrier. It can accommodate two small cats or one large cat with the center baffle open like Woody's in the picture. It also has many pockets for storing items that need to be available at all times. There are flaps that can be placed to block the kitten's vision if they become frightened. Woody preferred to see what was going on around him, so we didn't have to use the flaps often. The only thing missing were hammocks. They were too fragile for a 15 pound cat and he would end up collapsing trying to use them. We left one for his food so he had all the floor for his toilet and to stretch out (his drawer has been cleaned in the picture so it's not visible there). All in all, this is a great carrier for long trips if you have the space.
