I only started using this product yesterday so I can't comment on how well it is working on my scars. I can say that it is fat free and odorless. Absorbs quickly, no irritating sticky feeling. My hands are nice and smooth. I had wrist surgery on both hands and one of them started to hurt. My doctor told me I may have scar tissue making it sore. He suggested oil with vitamin E. I tried this cream because I prefer creams to oils. I'm happy with it so far.
