It said "For some operating systems like Windows 10, just plug and play without driver." driver and install it or use the mini CD if you still have a CD drive. If you don't have a CD drive, you'll need an alternative internet connection (or a Win10 computer) or you won't be able to use this thing. FYI: The driver they link to is 112MB and installs a system tray icon that says "REALTEK 11n USB Wireless LAN Utility" when opened. Otherwise, it's working now, but it's only been a few minutes. I specifically wanted one that didn't require me to have drivers because while downloading drivers is just a nuisance most of the time, being able to download them to boot could potentially be a LOT more of a problem.
