Great product. The suction cup is incredibly strong. The articulation is impressive and fairly easy to use. Complaints only. You have to disassemble it to change any of the settings due to the location of the screws. Using a hex wrench is generally a bit awkward. And a slightly smoother extension of the tablet holder would be a nice improvement. However, we can highly recommend this mount. The usability far outweighs the very small improvement points. Will buy again and will probably start with this company next time I need a suction cup.
