Review on 3-Piece Norpro Multicolored Colored Paring Knife Set by Jim Bethea

I'm tired of washing these knives because there will be nothing else in the family! This is an absolutely essential knife in our house. I bought this 3 piece cleaning kit a few months ago and am very happy with it. They are light, fit well in the hand and are pleasant to use. The blade goes through the handle, making it extremely durable. They are sharp and do not need to be sharpened. I washed it in the dishwasher first, which darkened the handles a bit. It's not that noticeable and I should wash my hands anyway. To keep my knives in the drawer, I bought a Revain bamboo tray. Exceptional valve and quality.
