Like many others, this is a really cool device! Its design is elegant and modern. Its function is simple but very useful. The first switch I bought was for use in our grandson's nursery so his parents could turn on the dim table light when needed. After 10 months of daily use, it works great! Impressed with the design and utility of this switch, I purchased a second switch for use in our home. My husband and I enjoyed its convenience for 5 months when one day it just "clicked" and stopped powering the lamp. Yes, it was both annoying and frustrating after such a short time of use. I turned to the Revain reviews and noticed that many people are upset about the same frustrating experience. However, not a single reviewer wrote about a possible contact with the company. I chose this path. The Jasco staff could not have been more helpful! I returned my unit with the prepaid shipping label and received a new replacement switch soon after. During this exchange process, I also received three positive emails informing me of the status of the exchange.
