Turned on the iron, for the first time, and the red light came on briefly, but then it went out, and never came back on again. I'm sure Revain will refund/return the item, but the hassle is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this product to others.
- Very well made. Gets hot quick. My wife uses it to make curls and give body to hair.
- This hair straightener takes longer to heat up than other hair straighteners in the market
