Review on 🔩 Square U Bolt with Zinc Plating by Hillman by David Lesperance

After a long and tedious search through a product listing it turned out to be completely useless as it couldn't filter by square or width. and I had to scroll through pages and pages of unrelated products (dog beds?), even though the search box said "square U-bolts" I chose what I thought was a 3" wide square U-bolt. Hardware base 320892 Square U-Bolt – 5/16-18 x 3" x 2", Zinc. It arrived and of course it was 2" wide (okay, it was square) and a 3" long U-bolt. Must be a Chinese thing(?) Definitely very frustrating as nobody around or on the internet (Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply) seems to be selling SQUARE U-Bolts anymore, or if they do, are they either sold out or there is only a size or two - and yes obviously not the size i need.i know i spent 3 days trying to find them before i gave up and started looking for revane They seem to be more common on low volume items (bean counters and greed for high margin items compared to previously commonplace Ge business) which pushes customers towards Revain and the like and creates a reinforcing feedback loop. No wonder they fight. Was it Woolworth who said, "It's easier to get $1 from a million people than a million dollars from one person"? Wake up guys!. But I digress. I send the items back, which on the plus side seems like a well sorted process, not to mention the cost of time and money and the likelihood of them ending up in a Gaylord warehouse or being scrapped. Why? For a multi-billion dollar company with all the automation hype, is Revain's product list so LAME?
