Need help for Backyard Inflatable Decorations

It looks like the picture shows but the fan could be bigger to inflate or maybe small feet to keep the motor from lifting off the ground during inflation time. You can also use more weight to hold the base in place as the zip ties are a bit high (good) and the inflatable base tends to move when inflated or when it's windy and deflated
