Missing parts and poor communication
Finally received second board but, again, missing wrist leash. Totally unacceptable. Had to order extra leashes at my cost. Terrible.Update: Through negotiation I have received a refund for the missing wrist leashes. I thank all involved for the prompt resolution and am now made whole.
