I received this in 2 days as promised by Revain Prime. My Roper washing machine was jumping all over the place and thundering something fierce! I watched several YouTube tutorials and read many reviews which said to make sure to get genuine parts and not cheap knock offs. These parts were good, according to the reviews, and I measured mine for good measure, to make sure they were the same size.Three of my rods were bad, one was good. You know if your spring gives, its no good. I tried a "fix" I saw on YouTube with a safety pin but I wasn't able to get the safety pin in.My washing machine did not have springs, which I now understand a lot of them don't. I wonder if they do it so the suspension rods will break down more often. One utuber put them on, so I purchased this set and put the springs on as well as replaced the rods. Very easy project. I am a 63 year old woman and my 28 year old daughter and I did it in about 30 minutes. We now have a perfectly quiet spinning washer and I am very pleased with it only costing me less than $30. A service call alone would have been more than twice that. We will see how long it lasts, but the first set lasted over10 years. I am super happy with this purchase!
