We used New Star pizza pans twice before we got them. I am very happy with these pans. I make pizza for my grandkids every Friday night after school. I immediately noticed an improvement in the results of my pizzas. Cook at a good pace and the crust will come out bigger and nicer than our old skillet. Right, as others have said, the pizza cutter leaves marks on the pan. Doesn't matter? This is a sign of a well-used pan that's obviously a favorite. The instructions recommend removing the pizza before slicing. Take them off and place them on a cutting board if that's a problem. Don't worry, life is short.
