Don't buy these anchors

Worst concrete anchors I have ever bought! Purchase these anchors to hold my storm shelter (tornado shelter) but found 7 out of 10 anchors not tightened. Either the nut has stripped the thread or the wedge must not penetrate the concrete. I've been in the construction industry for 50 years and I know how to install concrete anchors in case anyone is wondering if I know what I'm doing. I strongly recommend NOT buying these anchors. I would give these anchors minus 5
