sound fixed! - Relay
The Nissan horn didn't work so I broke the original relay case and connected the contacts and the horn buzzed so I knew the horn was ok. I then checked the voltage being supplied to the HR connector and when I pressed the steering wheel it was supplying power. All that could be left is a bad relay. Newly connected, the beep works fine.
