Review on Toggle Bolts Mushroom Combo Anchor by Russ Mashlan
Great option for a secure attachment!
I couldn't find a good heavy metal toilet roll holder. Ordinary anchors always come from drywall. I decided to try these butterfly screws and they fit the bill. They are spring loaded and clamp onto the back of the drying web for a secure fit. I definitely recommend them.
