Great remote, it took persistence to sync

Brand new remote as pictured. I have to admit that it took me a few minutes to figure out how to sync it to my cable box as the instructions that came with it only talk about how to sync it to the TV which then only allows you to adjust the volume. (You will need to use the controls on the cable box to bring up the menu, then Settings for instructions on how to pair the new remote to the box). Once that was clarified, it worked wonderfully!
