The box says it communicates with all HD apps, but it doesn't.

We had to email Nexas support as they say they don't report if the car doesn't have OBD which our trucks don't have. The box says it talks to all HD apps, but it doesn't. I think we'll have to send it back but I'm trying to figure out which models are talking. I'll see what they say?
