Review on 🍲 EVERIE Sous Vide Container 12 Quart with Collapsible Silicone Lid for Anova Nano, Anova AN500-US00, and Instant Pot - Enhanced Performance for Precise Cooking by Kim Cockrum

I bought this Everie jar to use with my new Anova AN500-US00 Precision SV. I wasn't sure what to expect as there was a mix of positive and negative reviews. My first experience today was consistently positive and I'm glad I decided to buy it. The 12 liter container is easier to work with than my 16 liter Le Creuset porcelain steel casserole which has a lid which cannot be used effectively in SV cooking. The Everie silicone lid that came with the container was excellent and allowed me to secure my pork chop vacuum bag to the side of the container while providing the perfect seal to keep heat inside and reduce water evaporation - no extra clips necessary. I highly recommend the Everie SV 12 liter jar with silicone lid. When purchasing, make sure you select the variant of this Everie container designed for your SV cooker.
