The most useful part of this is that it allows you to learn at your own pace by choosing which modules are best suited for me rather than being forced into classes or workshops without knowing if they're suitable first! It can be quite overwhelming when trying something new so I would suggest taking some time before making any decisions as there's lots going in from different directions - whether its content/learning materials / support structure etc..
There aren't too many downsides though but perhaps more could have been done around creating better resources (e-books) within their system? Having said all thats great about power house talent; i think we've found our online training provider here now :) We use them mainly internally through HR department however also provide external services such has induction packages & work hardening programmes where required.
