I had a serious bicycle accident. At a speed of 40 km/h, the front wheel caught in a "hidden" crack in the roadside - and flew away. It landed heavily on the left side of his head and torso from shoulder to ankle. Four broken ribs, traffic rash up and down the left side, massive hip hematoma with a liter of blood that spilled into the ICU. But the head is fine.
