I put it on in full sun as per the instructions and let it dry. spray tested. Some of the water collected in drops and most of it sank. Used on a black parasol that was completed last year. I will apply again today and if there is improvement I will repeat my review. I liked that it was water based as everyone was trying to be kind to the planet. Cheaper than 303 but I think you get what you pay for. You may have to send it back after today's test. EDIT gave it 2 more apps and it seems to be getting worse, not better. After drying, the water was absorbed even more than when it was first used. The seller quickly refunded my money. I will try again but this new product failed the test. I hate leaving bad reviews.
