Fantastic product - Easy User Friendly Interface

I like how easy it was for me as someone with little experience,to set up my account and start using their platform right away! They have great customer support which makes setting everything up really quick & painless!! Nothing at this time but will continue searching until i find something we don't love or dislike about them now. We are able to get our leads into Salesforce quickly so they can be contacted by sales reps who work directly under us without having to go through another funnel outside of Marketing Automation (which could take longer). This saves valuable days/weeks spent waiting around trying to contact people manually via email etc.. Our customers receive more attention than ever before due to being placed inside CRM's instead of emails going unread forever! Also when contacting potentials there isn’t any need anymore to send out mass follow ups because each person has been tagged correctly within SFDC making sure nothing gets missed along the way. !

Pros
  • Very customizable if needed no restrictions unless its just an internal matter between staff members in terms where changes cannot happen automatically from one side over here across too many other departments that would require approval all together..but thats not often done since most things seem automated already :) It helps keep everyone organized especially those needing help keeping track / managing contacts better while tracking info related back towards
